In offer we have a new forming machine model La Cannoncina for wrapping sweet or salty cannoncini / cream horns. It is the only automatic cream horns forming machine that does not require manual closing of the ends - one end closes itself.

On disposal two models Cannoncina and Gianfranco that automatically do the operation: unrolling the dough from the rolling pin, cutting the strips, rolling, center cutting and closing the ends. Capacity: 28 pieces/min. or 44 pieces/min.

Suitable for all types of dough, without changing the recipe. Cylindrical aluminium pipes diameter from 10 to 20 mm and length of 90 to 155 mm.

The machine is on a cart with wheels, nimble and takes up little space.
